WHAT: Windows was a performance that ritualized the passage from an individualistic culture founded on self-discipline, self-hatred, competition, and escapism, towards a new civilization able to recognize its failures and acknowledge its uncertainties. It was about two human-like beings, cast away into a hyper-sensitive environment that registers their every breath. The beings are united by a language they find increasingly inaccessible and useless.
