WHAT:
&SON consists of three different events that can be ordered to your home. Together with Sonja Ahlfors and Joanna Wingren from Blaue Frau, Willjam Tigerstedt offers organisation, Vega Adsten cooks a three-course dinner in your kitchen and Andreas Kvisgaard offers a moment of relaxation and meditation. It will be an easy-going and humorous evening on your terms.

In the autumn of 2025, Blaue Frau asked master’s students at the University of the Arts’ Theatre Academy to choose a ‘side hustle’ they could imagine working with if, after graduating in 2026, they did not get a job as an actor. These so-called ‘side hustles’ became small artistic concepts in themselves. Each artistic concept addresses the issue of cutbacks in the cultural sector and their consequences, while the students, together with Sonja Ahlfors and Joanna Wingren from Blaue Frau, perform the service in the audience’s homes.

RELAXATION AND MEDITATION
Do you feel that the world is becoming increasingly chaotic and difficult to understand? Have you stopped prioritising your own well-being in an increasingly stressful everyday life? Do you need time for rest and relaxation but can’t get yourself to the yoga studio? Led by Andreas Kvisgaard, &SON offers you a moment for yourself in your own home, with guided meditation. All on your own terms.

&SON gives you a moment for yourself. We give you the opportunity to ground yourself, rest in the present moment and listen to your inner voice. When we leave your home, you can face an increasingly chaotic world with confidence and calm.

Reserve 1.5 hours. The service is available for 1-3 people at a time.
Please note that we do not have any formal qualifications in meditation and massage.
The service is available in the capital region.

ORGANISATION AND PLANNING
Do you need help organising something in your life? Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed? Is it difficult to get started and know where to begin? Led by Willjam Tigerstedt, &SON offers help with everything from cleaning up your mailbox to planning a wedding or a move. By structuring what feels chaotic and overwhelming, we free up time in your calendar! We help you plan, get started and inspire you to get going! At your home, we sit down together and begin the journey towards a well-planned, organised, everyday life! When we leave, you will have a clear plan for how to move forward! The planning is done on your terms.

&SON offers you planning for:

DINNER WITH FRIENDS
Want to organise a dinner for your friends, but don’t have the time or energy? Feeling uninspired when it comes to cooking and shopping? Want to throw a small party for your family or friends, but don’t want to spend the whole evening in the kitchen? Led by Vega Adsten, &SON offers an unforgettable evening with good food and good company. We serve you a three-course surprise dinner while you can focus on your guests without having to worry about how the food tastes! Taking allergies and other restrictions into account, we will prepare an unforgettable dinner! You provide the drinks, we provide the food!

Reserve 3-4 hours. The service is available for 1-4 people at a time.
Please note that we do not have any formal qualifications in cooking or serving. 
The price includes ingredients for a three-course dinner.
The service is available in the capital region.
